Mtn. High Challah is a passion project fueled by family, a love for all things Colorado, and an insatiable appetite for homemade treats. Run by the three youngest sisters (Mica, Carmi, and Gena) in a family of six children, searching for connection during the isolating pandemic, they found solace in their family shabbat zooms with some delicious homemade carbohydrates on hand. It is out of these passions that they created our home bakery in Denver specializing in challah, babka, and cinnamon rolls.
