Our Story
Oliko began as founder, Gabriel Oliver-Kose, spent over a decade working at some of the country's top bars and restaurants. He developed a passion for premium products and a love for the wonders of fermentation. Knowing the larger gap in the cocktail industry between high end spirits and mass produced, artificial cocktail mixers, he set out to create something better. Thus OliKo was born.
