Herbed Cranberry Fig
This sauce has been described as tangy, herby, and slightly sweet. It packs a powerful punch and you'll find a little goes a long way (in fact, one of my favorite simple ways to use this is as a very thin schmear on a piece of toast with some melted brie on top!). It has a slightly thick viscosity and works great on its own as a "topper" after the foods are already cooked or as a dipping sauce. You can also marinate meats in it and thin it for use as a salad dressing.

Our Story
Chef Sherri Sauces was created out of a passion to help people create delicious, healthier dishes without much effort. As a personal chef and certified nutrition coach, I repeatedly heard from clients how they wanted to eat better but either lacked the time, skill, knowledge, or desire to cook. With the help of clients, friends, and fellow chefs I began fine-tuning a few sauces I'd made for years and also added a few new ones to the line-up.
